  I had to exchange something I got someone for Christmas... I had to wait to get it from this person. So didn't get it till Feb. I had no trouble exchanging it for the same thing. Thank you for understanding. I return one on Roosevelt Blvd. The girl was kinda rude. Ask me why took me so long. I explain why.. I had two didn't work. So I should have went back to where I bought them both and return them. They were very very nice at Bensalem not like the one on Roosevelt Boulevard and really it was just one person and I think she was a manager or assistant manager or somebody who did the front. So I will go back to Bensalem I'll take the extra 15 minutes or 20 minutes ride
