  I went in on Wednesday, with my phone which I needed replaced due to it being broken. The gentlemen behind the counter told me he would overnight the replacement. It was later in the day so it would have to be ordered the next day but it should be in by Saturday at the latest. Saturday came and they did not try to contact me so I called them. They then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't in and that overnight apparently meant second day air because it wouldn't arrive until tuesday due to labor day. Now if they had told me this from the beginning I wouldn't have lost my temper. I went in to the store we had words and they proceeded to tell me a long list of excuses. The truth is this, they are incompetent. They could have called, apologized and tried to help in some way or form but they didn't. Instead they choose to sit on their hands and doing nothing but screw around in their store. Common courtesy and respect are the corner stones of customer service and this store has a dearth of both. They caused my mother to become violently sick over the stress caused by this incident. I needed my phone for work and they didn't care, they couldn't be bothered. They have screwed up before during Christmas and I thought maybe I'll give them a chance to redeem themselves but they blew it and they do not deserve the service or protection they get from the mall. If you try to vocalize your disdain and advise other passerbys not to part take in or support their incompetency, you will be removed from the mall because apparently your first amendment right to freedom of speech, protest and boycott are suspended due to it being private property. I advise anyone who needs to have their phone fixed or wants to be treated like a human being, go to the Fairless hills Best buy. Yes I know it's the same company but Fairless hills at least are somewhat competent at their jobs.
