  Saw all the good reviews and went to this store instead of the T-Mobile in Levittown which is within walking distance from home. My son traded his old iPhone 6 with a new iPhone 7 and wanted to take advantage of the $300 promotion for trading an old iPhone. My son made an initial down payment of $50 and they told us that a rebate card for $250 would be mailed to us within 2 months. 2 months turned to 4 months and we decided to question their intentions. Today I called T-Mobile and they asked me if we had filled out a mail-in-rebate form. We weren't said a word about filling out a rebate form online. And since it has been 4 months since the purchase, the lady could not get in the system and fill out the information on our behalf. My son kept expecting a card in the amount of $250 to use it towards the remainder of the payment on the phone. Since there is nothing that can be done at this point, all she could do was give a credit in the amount of $225 that would be applied to the main account holder's billing statement, who happens to be a colleague of mine. This is outrageous. Not educating the customer properly is poor customer service, to say the least. We will never recommend that store to anyone again.

  I always have the best experiences here. The store manager, Bruce, is a natural gem. I've experienced and witnessed on multiple visits to this store, his positively unique way, that he interacts with his customers, that anyone would think and feel like that they have known him all their life. All the staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. Thank you
